If you read this newsletter regularly, you are aware that we are introducing some changes in the way we are holding market. This Friday Dec. 6 will be what we are calling a Regular Market Day, while the following Friday Dec. 13 will be what we are calling Pre-order Pick Up Day. To help everyone easily adjust to the changes, we offer the following check list of what to do at market this week:
When we were making plans for this year's Winter Market we had originally planned to hold market only every other week, then we realized that some perishable items might not stay fresh for a full two weeks. Not wanting to deprive customers of fresh perishable items during the second week, we decided to have a Pre-order Market on the "off" week. After coming to this decision we realized that pre-ordering will also eliminate the possibility of waste; that is, only the amount of baked goods, produce, etc. that is pre-ordered will be produced/harvested that week. We hope you will support all our vendors, including those who will attend market on the "off" weeks. We all thank you for your patronage.
Please note the new time of the Regular Winter Market Days is 3:00 until 6:00 P.M.

- Purchase all your food and non food items as you regularly do from the full line up of vendors who will be present this Friday.
- Place your pre-orders with the three vendors (pictured above) who will be participating in the Pre-order Market Days. Please note that you will be required to pay for your items at time of ordering, at which time you will receive a receipt for your pre-order. We even made it easy to locate these vendors by placing them side by side at the beginning of the market space.

REMINDERS
