VOTE FOR YOUR FAVORITE FARMERS' MARKET
This is your chance to let Cincinnati know how much you love Lettuce Eat Well Farmers' Market.  You can do so by voting for the market in City Beat's Best of Cincinnati 2014.  Simply click on the link below and follow the directions.  You will find farmers' markets in the "Eats" category.  You will notice that Lettuce Eat Well Farmers' Market is not listed.  You can add it by clicking on Create Your Own.  You are not required to vote in all categories, so the voting process should take no more than a few minutes.  However, as you will see in the directions, in order for your "ballot" to be counted you are required to click SAVE in each category (even if you don't vote in the other categories).  To cast your vote click here. We thank you for your vote and for your continued support of LEWFM!  Voting ends Sunday February 16.

REMINDERS
While some of you are long-time readers of the newsletter, people who are new to the market are reading the newsletter for the first time; therefore, the Reminders section is included each week so new folks can see what's happening around the market and around town.

Time to sign up for the Eating Seasonally CSA.
Are you thinking about what you plan to fix for dinner  - this Summer?  Well, your farmers are and they need to hear from you.  The folks at the Romans Family Farm have been busy making preparations for an abundant harvest this coming season so as to provide customers with fresh, nutrient dense produce.  They are currently perusing the seed catalogs, deciding what seeds and in what quantity to order.  To ensure they order the correct amount, not too little as to run out of your favorite produce items and not too many as to have produce going to waste, they rely on knowing in advance what you, their customers, want.  This means it's that time again:  time to sign up for the Eating Seasonally CSA.

If you are looking for a way to feed your family fresh, nutrient dense produce joining Romans Family Farm Eating Seasonally CSA will fit the bill.  And, all their produce is gown using no synthetic chemicals.

There are so many advantages to belonging to a CSA, for the consumer, the farmer, and the Earth.  If you are new to the concept of a CSA an internet search will provide you with a plethora of information.  To learn more about the Romans Family Farm Eating Seasonally CSA or to sign up (while space is still available) visit the Eating Seasonally CSA Facebook page  https://www.facebook.com/pages/Eating-Seasonally-CSA/176990062341129
